Got ripped off with an oil change on our Roadtrek for $334.03. The company got the info on my Roadtrek ahead of time so they would have the filter available. When I arrived they didn’t have it and I had to wait over an hour for it to be delivered. During this time the van is in the parking lot with the right front jacked up draining the oil and all staff working on other projects. When I got the bill and expressed my amazement at the $194 labor charge, the guy checked with the manager and said it was correct. I had no choice but to pay it. I told him I would never be back nor would anyone I know.

Just had the ABS sensors replaced on my Ram 2500 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the job was handled professionally and efficiently. The issue was diagnosed quickly, and they took the time to explain exactly what was going on and why the sensors needed replacing. The repair itself was done in a timely manner, and you can really feel the differenceβ€”no more warning lights, and the braking system feels smooth and reliable again. It’s clear they know their way around heavy-duty trucks and take pride in doing the job right the first time. Pricing was fair, communication was solid, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely trust them again for future work on my truck and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable service.

I took my Ram 5500 to them Monday morning with an air suspension issue. When I mentioned it was my only transportation, Art got right on it. A minor electrical issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Great job!

Words alone can’t express just how badly this went. Shockingly disorganized, EXTREMELY SLOW to complete repairs, and overcharged for work performed. By the time it was finally over I knew I wouldn’t be back even if my vehicle caught fire pulling out of their yard. No surprise, one of their β€œrepairs” failed after fewer than 100 miles, so found a different shop to have it redone. Fair warning-Avoid this place, cause once they have your rig, you’re stuck.

I brought my vehicle in for a simple alignment, but instead the mechanic ran diagnostics without my consent and then tried to sell me on nearly $2,500 worth of suspension work. I had just had suspension work done at another shop, so I knew something wasn’t right. When I told him I wanted a second opinion, he suddenly mentioned a $60 diagnostic feeβ€”something that was never disclosed up front and that I never agreed to, since all I requested was an alignment. When I pointed out that he never communicated this fee, he claimed he told my technician who dropped the vehicle off. I immediately confirmed with my employee, and he said that was never mentioned. That means they were either careless or flat out lying, which makes it even worse. On top of that, when we asked for a written estimate with a breakdown sheet of the recommended work, he refused to provide it. That alone is a huge red flag, because any reputable shop should be able to show in writing what they’re recommending and why. This felt like a dishonest attempt to take advantage of the situation, especially since it was a business vehicle. It came across as trying to push unnecessary repairs just to make money. My advice to
